Terms and conditions.

The terms that apply when you use TradingSatoshis and buy any of our products. Last updated 29 September 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.tradingsatoshis.com (the "website") and to every product you buy from us. "TradingSatoshis", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the website. "You" means the person using the website or buying a product.

By creating an account, buying a product or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

2. Education only, not financial advice

Everything on TradingSatoshis, including the courses, indicators, TradingSatoshis Alpha, the TradingSatoshis Dashboard (TSD), our Discord community and any comments on trades, is provided for educational purposes only. None of it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Trading, particularly cryptocurrency and leveraged trading, carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose more than you put in. Past performance is not a guide to future results. We don't guarantee that you will become a profitable trader. Every trading decision you make is your own, and you are responsible for it. If you need advice, speak to an independent, authorised financial adviser.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a product.
  • The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep your login details secure.
  • Your account is for you alone. You must not share your login or let anyone else use your account or your access to any product.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. Products and prices

We sell two kinds of product:

  • One-off products, such as our courses and the Edge Series Indicators. You pay once and get ongoing access to that product for as long as we continue to provide it through the website, including any new content we add to it.
  • TradingSatoshis Alpha, a monthly subscription. It includes the Alpha content and community, and access to the TradingSatoshis Dashboard (TSD), for as long as your subscription is active.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the website and are charged at the price shown at checkout, including any valid discount or coupon. Coupons can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined with site-wide discounts unless we say so, and may carry their own conditions. Products marked "Coming Soon" can't be bought until they are live.

Some products are delivered through other services, such as Vimeo for videos, Discord for the community and TradingView for indicators. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your purchase is confirmed, and access is granted, once your payment has been successfully completed.

6. Subscriptions and cancelling

  • The Alpha subscription renews automatically each month, and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your profile using "Manage subscription". Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it ends after that.
  • We don't give refunds for part-used billing periods.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your subscription and access may end.
  • If we change the subscription price, we will tell you before it applies, and you can cancel before your next renewal.

7. Your right to cancel and refunds

Our products are digital content, which is available to you immediately. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. By buying a product and starting to access it (for example by watching a video, using an indicator or viewing the dashboard) within those 14 days, you agree to receive it straight away and you accept that you then lose your right to cancel.

This means that once you have accessed a product, we don't give refunds, except where the law requires us to. For example, you are entitled to a remedy if the content is faulty or not as described. If something isn't working, please contact support@tradingsatoshis.com and we'll put it right.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Our content and how you may use it

All content on the website, including videos, slides, indicators, analysis, dashboard data presentations, text, logos and branding, belongs to TradingSatoshis or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the products you have paid for, for your own learning. You must not:

  • copy, download, record, screenshot for redistribution, resell, share, publish or broadcast any paid content, including Alpha and Discord content;
  • share indicator access or attempt to copy or reverse-engineer the indicators;
  • scrape, bulk-download or automatically collect data from the website or the dashboard;
  • use the website in any way that is unlawful, harms the website or other users, or tries to get around any access controls.

If you break these rules, we may end your access without a refund.

9. The TradingSatoshis Dashboard

The dashboard shows market data from third-party public sources, including Hyperliquid, dYdX, Drift, GMX, the Fear & Greed Index by alternative.me and FRED. The data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and is shown "as is" without any guarantee. Signals and figures on the dashboard are for education only and are not trading recommendations.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website and products available, but we can't guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve or change content, features or products from time to time. If we permanently stop providing a product you have paid for, we will tell you and give you a fair remedy where the law requires it.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for:

  • any trading or investment losses, or any decision you make based on our content;
  • loss that wasn't foreseeable, or business losses such as lost profits or opportunities;
  • problems caused by third-party services, your own equipment or events outside our reasonable control.

Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If a change significantly affects an active subscription, we will tell you in advance.
